Calculable commission system

Members of the Flavon max Consumers Club get as high a commission as possible in exchange for their work. The commission system always pays, nd it offers exceptional rewards for those who make our products and business concept widely known and thus build up the network.

We offer a calculable commission system.

65% total payback:
60% basic payback + 5% managerial bonus

According to the marketing plan, as much as 65% of the gross consumer base price (125 EUR) of the product is paid back to the members of the Flavon max Consumer Club.

60% basic payback - earn money right from the start

Club members can enjoy the advantages of the unique marketing system right after purchasing the first carton of goods. This means that they are entitled to get 60% basic payback when they start the business. So they have an immediate income and positive feedback based on their own and their colleagues’ performance. In the basic payback, 60% of the actual selling price of the products is given back. This means that, after the sale of each carton of products, we allocate 75 EUR back to the members. It is not promises that you get from us but money. There is no need to reach levels or qualify in order to get this.

60% will be allocated in the following way:

Personal sales returns: If you buy several cartons of products in a given month, you will get a 20% payback (25 EUR gross) per carton in addition to the activity carton.

Quickstart: Three active sponsors - among new members will get a 20-20-20% - payback on the basis of the new member’s personal sales returns in the first month of joining and in the following one. During quick start, the 60% payback provided under the compensation scheme is allocated immediately. Therefore, it provides an opportunity to convert effort invested into money. As a consequence of your work, there is a positive financial payback even in the first months.

Income by levels: On 12 active levels we pay back 5-5-5% to every colleague who progresses beyond the quick start on the basis of their personal sales returns.

This part of the marketing system provides you with the possibility of a permanent wealth-creating income. Our marketing plan provides the members with the opportunity to "head-hunt." If your sponsored club member makes better sales returns than you do in your network, you will get not only "patting on the shoulder" but also commission through the income by levels based on as many as 11 levels of 12 levels of the sales of your sponsored person.

Recruitment incentive programme: an extra element of the marketing plan, with which we reward those who recruit the biggest number of new members into the club. A member whose sales returns on 3 active levels reach the following scores from quick start scores in a given month

- 40 points; is eligible for 1 free carton of products;
- 80 points; is eligible for 2 free cartons of products;
- 120 points; is eligible for 3 free cartons of products;.

Flavon Group Kft. compensates its club members’ efforts with extra commissions and training programs.


5% - Managerial (differential) bonus


The marketing system gives an extra 5% managerial (differential) bonus to those who take part in network building as a leader.

There are 7 different leader categories in the Flavon max Consumer Club:

1. Team Leader:

an active leader whose network has a turnover of 100 points on 6 active levels in a given month.
Reward: Team Leader Club Member' title and badge + a free nationwide training organized by Flavon Group Kft.

2. Team Leader Plus:

an active leader whose network has a turnover of 250 points on 6 active levels in a given month.
Reward: ‘Team Leader Plus Club Member' title + 1% leadership bonus on the turnover of her/his 12 active levels.

3. Elite:

an active leader whose network has a turnover of 500 points on 6 active levels in a given month.
Reward: ‘Elite Club Member' title and gold badge + 2% leadership bonus on the turnover of her/his 12 active levels + a free training with all-inclusive accommodation in Hungary.

4. Elite Plus:

an active leader whose network has a turnover of 750 points on 6 active levels in a given month.
Reward: ‘Elite Plus Club Member' title + 2% leadership bonus on the turnover of her/his 12 active levels.

5. Diamond Elite:

an active leader whose network has a turnover of 1000 points on 6 active levels in a given month.
Reward: ‘Diamond Elite Club Member’ title and gold badge with a diamond stone + 3% leadership bonus on the turnover of her/his 12 active levels + a special training abroad with all-inclusive accommodation.

6. Diamond Elite Plus:

an active leader whose network has a turnover of 1750 points on 6 active levels in a given month.
Reward: ‘Diamond Elite Plus Club Member’ title + 3% leadership bonus on the turnover of her/his 12 active levels.

Unlike the 60% basic payback, leadership bonuses can be blocked and the condition of paying out the leadership bonuses of the above ranks is collecting 40 quick start points on 3 active levels. However, leadership ranks can be reached without collecting 40 quick start points.

7. Presidency Club Member:

an active leader whose network has a turnover of 2500 points on 6 active levels in a given month.
Reward: ‘Presidency Club Member’ title and gold badge with two diamond stones + 4% extra leadership bonus on the turnover of her/his 20 active levels + a special training abroad with all-inclusive accommodation.

In the case of Presidency Club Member ranks it is not necessary to collect 40 quick start points in order that Presidency Club Members be paid out their leadership bonuses.

Ruby Presidency Club Member

an active leader who fulfills the requirements of “Presidency Club Membership” and has at least one Presidency Club Member on his/her 6 levels (considering the closest to him in each line) and the network apart from the Presidency Club Member’s line has a turnover of at least 1000 points on 6 levels in a given month.
Reward:‘Ruby Presidency Club Member’ title and a ruby gold ring + 4% extra leadership bonus on the turnover of her/his 20 active levels.

Emerald Presidency Club Member

an active leader who fulfills the requirements of “Presidency Club Membership” and has at least 3 Presidency Club Members on his/her 6 levels in different lines (considering the closest to him in each line) and the network apart from the Presidency Club Member’s line has a turnover of at least 1000 points on 6 levels in a given month.

Reward: ‘Emerald Presidency Club Member’ title and an emerald gold ring + 4% extra leadership bonus on the turnover of her/his 20 active levels.

Sapphire Presidency Club Member

an active leader who fulfills the requirements of “Presidency Club Membership” and has at least 5 Presidency Club Members on his/her 6 levels in different lines (considering the closest to him in each line) and the network apart from the Presidency Club Member’s line has a turnover of at least 1000 points on 6 levels in a given month.

Reward: ‘Sapphire Presidency Club Member’ title and a sapphire gold ring + 4% extra leadership bonus on the turnover of her/his 20 active levels.

Platinum Presidency Club Member

an active leader who fulfills the requirements of “Presidency Club Membership” and has at least 10 Presidency Club Members on his/her 6 levels in different lines (considering the closest to him in each line) and the network apart from the Presidency Club Member’s line has a turnover of at least 1000 points on 6 levels in a given month.

Reward: ‘Platinum Presidency Club Member’ title and a platinum ring with a diamond+ 4% extra leadership bonus on the turnover of her/his 20 active levels.

After closing the business year an extra bonus of 1% on the total yearly turnover of the company (differentiated) is distributed among qualifying Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire and Platinum Presidency Club Members in a weighted way by Flavon Group once a year
